Nottingham is full of places to visit for those who love the environment and all things nature.
The Arboretum and Wollaton Park are two of those places.
They offer wildlife, animals, and a calming atmosphere for Nottingham residents and those visiting.
Both parks have their own animals to watch, including ducks and birds in the Arboretum, and deer at Wollaton.
With autumn just ended and winter creeping in, each place is full of changes but is also too cold for many to venture out and visit.
Wollaton Park has Wollaton Hall, Nottingham’s Natural History Museum, and a 500-acre park.
The Arboretum offers a cafe.
Both parks have varying closing times based on the time of year.
Here are some photos giving a close-up of nature in Nottingham in the autumn and winter time for those who can’t nature watch in these colder days.
