Rumour has it that the US’s top beauty store is allegedly coming to the UK. And the rumours are closer to home than you may think…
Sephora is a French chain of cosmetics founded in 1969. They currently have 1,900 stores in nearly 30 countries and employ over 20,000 people worldwide.
However, us Brits have been eagerly waiting for one to open its doors in the UK.
Although you can get your beauty goods delivered from the US on the Sephora website, you have to spend over £75 and pay £6 to qualify for UK delivery, which means that some of the most wanted US beauty products are hard to get hold of.
Luckily Caroline Hirons, a famous beauty blogger, confirmed that there will be a store opening in the UK, which is rumoured to be in one of London’s Westfield shopping centre locations.
However, there has been even more speculation recently and this time, it’s much closer to home…
‘Naturally Tiss’ claimed that the famous store will be opening in Nottingham in 2018.

Nottingham beauty junkies were excited by the tweet, as this could be the first potential store in the UK.
Even Sephora outside of Nottingham seemed happy, with one Tweeter commenting: ‘’I’ve never been to Nottingham but I’m coming now’’ whilst another said ‘’Goodbye money’’.
Sephora haven’t yet commented.
Although, their website has just recently updated and added a ‘UK’ section to their website, suggesting British stores may be approaching sooner rather than later…
