Nottingham’s Dot to Dot festival is back for 2019. The day festival which takes place on Sunday, May 26 2019 is back with a fantastic line-up. We take a look at some of the artists you don’t want to miss this year.
- Crystal Fighters – of course, amazing headliner). The Spanish trio are a fun folk band that incorporate fun synths and catchy lyrics. With two albums under the belts, Crystal Fighters are the perfect headliners for this years Dot to Dot.
2. Viagra Boys – a cool post-punk band from Sweden that are receiving huge buzz from at the moment. With very a similar sound to Fat White Family, expect to see the six man band take Rock City’s main stage by storm.
3. Mini Mansions – an indie/electo pop band that you may of head off for their links with Queens of the Stone Age and their collab with Alex Turner a few years back. So they’ve been a bit off the radar but with a new album out later this year, expect a great set from these guys.
4. Crows – the heavy sounded rock band from London have just released their debut album “Silver Tongues” and are taking the indie scene by storm. Expect an explosive set and a lot of head banging.
5. The Night Cafe – having already supported the like of The Wombats and Circa Waves, The Night Cafe are certainly making a name for themselves. Although they have played D2D before, their set is said to be better than ever before.
