There are severe congestion in the Nottingham city centre after a fire has broken out at a restaurant on Queen street.
Nottingham Travelwise tweeted: ‘This incident is causing severe congestion in Nottingham City Centre, with traffic tailbacks in Cranbrook Street, Bellar Gate, South Sherwood Street, Burton Street and King Edward Street. Avoid the area if possible.’
Nottingham City Transport tweeted: ‘Congestion in the City Centre because of a fire on Queen Street is causing delays to all services.’
The fire is said to have started at restaurant George’s Street Kitchen.
