Thousands of people attended a vigil on Old Market Square for those killed in the Nottingham attacks on Tuesday morning.
The three victims Barnaby Webber, Grace O’Malley-Kumar and Ian Coates were honoured with a minute of silence, alongside with speeches from family members.
“He is more than a victim of senseless murder”, Barnaby Webber’s mother Emma said.
āWe stand here and we feel your love and we are united in grief and shock and disbelief.
“One day we will smile again, but it will take time.ā
The vigil took place at 5:30pm on Thursday, June 15 and saw thousands of Nottingham people attending.

School caretaker Ian Coates was remembered by Ross Middleton, headteacher of Huntingdon Academy.
He described Ian as “full of fun” with a “mischievous glint in his eye”.
“Rest in Peace Ian, and of course I will keep an eye out for Forest results for you”, he said to end his speech.
Ian’s sons attended the vigil wearing Nottingham Forest shirts to honour him, and so did many others in the crowd.
At 6pm, a minute of silence was held to honour the lives lost.
Various faith representatives, local politicians and officers also held speeches to pay their tributes to the victims.
In addition to that, the flag on Nottingham’s council house was lowered to half mast and a book of condolences was laid out inside the council house.
Hundreds of people also laid flowers on the stairs to express their grief.
