Nottingham Varsity 2023 has been thrilling so far, albeit with the University of Nottingham taking a strong upper hand in the first half of the fixtures.
As the main week of action reaches its halfway stage today, the series score is locked at 4-1 in favour of UoN, with the two lacrosse events absolutely key to any chance Nottingham Trent University have of a comeback.
It was a gutting evening for NTU at the futsal yesterday, with a 5-1 lead disappearing in a traumatic second half and UoN winning the tie on penalties for the second year running.
