Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club have won the 2022 County Championship Division Two title as they beat Durham by 462 runs at Trent Bridge.
Having guaranteed themselves promotion to Division One yesterday by picking up all nine available Durham first-innings wickets, Notts returned today to secure seven final wickets to win the Division Two title.
It proved a simple task for Stuart Broad, Luke Fletcher, Dane Paterson and Liam Patterson-White, with just those four required in 30.5 overs to knock Durham off.
Broad finished with figures of 3-36, and match figures of 5-68, while Patterson-White took 3-41, including the final wicket of Jonathan Bushnell.
