The T20 Blast arrives in Nottingham tonight as Notts Outlaws welcome Derbyshire Falcons to Trent Bridge for what is traditionally a feisty East Midlands affair.
With both sides having big ambitions for the Blast this season, an electric atmosphere is expected at the 17,500-capacity venue as some major international players are on show.
For Notts, there’s the excitement of Shaheen Shah Afridi’s debut in the pace attack, while for Derbyshire, fellow Pakistan international Zaman Khan makes his second appearance since joining this season.
With the likes of Colin Munro, Alex Hales, Samit Patel, Wayne Madsen, Leus Du Plooy and Steven Mullaney also set to face off tonight, it should be a cracker.
