Notts Outlaws are back in action in the T20 Blast after a successful Bank Holiday weekend action saw them pick up two wins from their opening three matches.
Following a thrilling home win against Derbyshire Falcons on Friday, the Outlaws just fell short of an excellent run chase in a 22-run loss at Lancashire but returned to winning ways with a five-wicket win at Durham last night.
Steven Mullaney’s side have been involved in high-scoring contests on all three occasions, with the side’s outstanding performances so far all coming from their batsmen.
Tonight, the visitors are Yorkshire Vikings, who will be desperately seeking signs of optimism after three defeats so far in the Blast to go with a disappointing start to life back in the County Championship Division Two.
No batsman has passed 43 as of yet for the White Rose in the Blast, but with the likes of Shan Masood and Dawid Malan in their line-up, it is surely a matter of time before they do.
