Nottingham Trent University’s women’s football team have found out their opponents for the third qualifying round of the Women’s FA Cup.
The girls in Pink will face six-time FA Cup winners Doncaster Rovers Belles in the next qualifying round after cruising to a 10-1 victory over Bugbrooke St Michaels Ladies at Clifton Campus.
Alice Rogers scored four whilst Julia Kings netted a hat-trick. Grace Miller and Ellie McKeegan also got in on the act as Emily Pinkess scored his first goal for those in Pink.
It follows on from an equally emphatic victory in the first qualifying round, beating Hinckley Ladies 10-0.
Jess Phillips, Jula Kings (3), Ellie McKeegan, Rosie Bevs, Lizzie Stocks, and Alice Rogers (3) all found the net in a devastating win in Leicestershire.
NTU’s women’s team are now just one win away from the First Round Proper of the Women’s FA Cup, the stage in which teams from the Women’s National League enters the competition.

If NTU were to defeat Doncaster Belles, they could be drawn in an eye-watering tie with Nottingham Forest Women.
Doncaster Belles are one of the highest-ranked teams in the competition having been exempt from entry until the third qualifying round.
Belles, who compete in the FA Women’s National League Division One Midlands, are fourth in their league having won four of their six matches so far this season.
Trent Women will travel to Doncaster Belles in the next round of the Women’s FA Cup on Sunday, October 24.
The winning team will receive Ā£600, whilst the losers will pick up Ā£150.
